Sustain and transition the existing Hyperion user-modeling application to an intuitive user-focused analytic mission workflow by developing and deploying an integrated, machine augmented/automated interactive analytic modeling environment-an "Analyst Workbench". Goal is to reduce cognitive burden on and increase information sharing among analysts improving overall situational awareness.

About the Role:

Team BITS/CACI is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and relentlessly organized leader/mentor to perform the role of Program Manager (PM).

What You'll Get to Do?
  • As the PM you will provide both program-level support and leadership to the entire organization.
  • Create and present program artifacts to both the CACI leadership team and government customers. Program artifacts include numerous types of schedules, projections as-well-as progress, and financial reports.
  • Tackle personnel management tasks as-well-as less tangible leadership duties.
  • Manage GEM Cutter contract including other future task orders to attain optimal performance within contract cost and schedule parameters
  • Ensure coordination with NSG enterprise offices to leverage existing enterprise capability
  • Ensure robust user engagement to entice widespread adoption of GEM Cutter capabilities through a superior product
  • Ensure awareness of emerging technologies that provide cost, schedule and performance advantages to GEM Cutter
  • Adjust resource estimation at project inception; tracking progress and planning, re-planning and adjusting course based on both realities of team velocity and potential changes in user needs over the course of the project
  • Use point-based resource estimates from their Scrum Masters' progress to track progress by charting team velocity and burn down
  • Fulfill or oversee solution level and Release Train Management functions in SAFe
  • Manage shared services and systems teams
  • Establish and implement GEM Cutter roadmap, vision, milestones and metrics with Government PM approval

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph in a timely manner
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience working in Government IT development programs
  • Five years' experience as a program manager managing successful Government IT acquisition programs
  • Five years of experience managing software development under the SAFe methodology
  • PMP or DAWIA Level II certification in Program Management

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Active TS/SCI Poly or higher
  • Fifteen years of experience working in Government IT development programs
  • Demonstrated success delivering functional code to the Government's satisfaction using agile design and development technique
  • SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner certification
  • Demonstrated performance in delivering alpha and beta quality code to the Government in timeframes less than one month, and production of quality code in three-month timeframes
  • A track record of delivering functional software via agile development methods
  • Experience managing agile programs at the solution and release train level
  • DAWIA level III or Advanced Level certification in Program Management

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $101,800-$218,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
