CACI, the system integrator for Increment II of the US Army's Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A), is looking for a Program Analyst to join the Infrastructure team. Once complete IPPS-A will be the largest integrated personnel and pay system in the world!As the Program Analyst, you will aid in supporting the technical backbone of IPPS-A by working with our team to ensure the system meets technical requirements, performs as expected, and maintains security posture compliance.In addition, you will foster communication with Infrastructure leads, team members and customers with your can-do attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

More About the Role:
  • Anticipate administrative needs of department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and group events
  • Provide administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives
  • Assist with administrative tasks in functional areas such as: finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
  • Work with new Infrastructure team members to submit investigative documentation, certifications, and system access requests
  • Initiate process improvements to benefit the team or program, i.e. On-boarding, Provisioning
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a variety of complex reports, spreadsheets, documents, drawings, and presentations
  • Attend designated meetings; may serve as department representative at designated meetings
  • Develop subject matter knowledge and expertise in overall IPPS-A system design and related Infrastructure operational processes
  • Manage updates and delivery of multiple CDRLs, SOPs, and other team deliverables
  • Effectively present and communicate with customer, team, and management
  • Review and report on Infrastructure defects and documentation within the Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tool
  • Assist the Infrastructure Team in providing support to team management.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative, customer facing program support or related role
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in technical writing and support of project documentation and customer deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with senior executives and military personnel
  • Willing and able to obtain a US Government Secret clearance


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with the Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tool
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio and Project
  • Strong ability to organize and complete multiple tasks
  • Be a self-starter that requires little supervision
