CACI is seeking an UI/UX Graphic Designer to support a growing federal agency website focused on cyber and infrastructure security information, programs, services, and industry partnership and collaboration materials. As an UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the design and production of a variety of digital design deliverables including wireframes, page layouts, clickable prototypes as well as visual designs of page and application layouts and related assets including icons, banners, and other multimedia.

In this role you will coordinate with customer stakeholders and leadership, project managers, content strategists, writers, and programmers to create a consistent, easy-to-use, and aesthetically pleasing end-user experience across all relevant digital touchpoints. This position will also help support future digital platform re-design efforts by creating future state wireframes and design mockups and supporting the creation of prototypes and other artifacts needed to illustrate a more current design aesthetic and digital experience.

More About the Role:

  • Develop and optimize digital graphics, icons, wireframes, visual mockups, and other multimedia as needed for public facing websites and social media and other digital channels
  • Gather and evaluate website end-user requirements, in collaboration with product managers, content team and developers
  • Illustrate design ideas and communicate UX guidance and best practices using storyboards/mockups, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, and icons
  • Create multiple versions of website design mockups and translate into HTML and CSS
  • Follow all relevant style guides, design standards and other required practices
  • Work collaboratively with other digital engagement team members to develop and execute on implementation plans

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
  • More than 5 years of experience designing websites and application user interfaces for public facing, content driven properties supported by a portfolio of work examples
  • Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
  • 13 Years Applicable Experience or Equivalency (equivalency includes MA + four years applicable experience, BA + 7 years applicable experience or AA + 9 years applicable experience)
  • Experience working collaboratively with web designers and product managers

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a digital publishing/media house.
  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with and interest in cyber security and IT operations subject areas.
  • Experience working with a remote team.
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance and web accessibility guidelines.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $76,300-$164,100. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
