Job Description:

CACI is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our Federal Team.

Government Financial System Analyst:
  • Function as a liaison between software development staff and web application stakeholders to gather, record, and track functional and technical requirements for new and existing web applications.
  • Facilitate all Scrum events to ensure the development team remains on track with prioritized goals.
  • Manage a team of developers and ensure resources are appropriately allocated and all team members are fully utilized.
  • Develop project documentation to track all aspects of a project to include Project Charters, Product Backlogs, Schedules, etc.
  • Perform testing initiatives through detailed test script scenarios.
  • Perform initial development and tracking of all work items to ensure the product backlog is updated, accurate, and complete.
  • Present project progress to stakeholder leadership to ensure expectations are being met and developer resources are allocated based on needs and goals of the division.
  • Coordinate deployment of new features and bug mitigation patches into the Production environment.
  • Perform reporting tasks on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist team members in analyzing system effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Update reference guides to ensure documentation available to end users is updated and accurate.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent, 3 + years applicable experience
  • Strong skills in the following:
    • Working with end users and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements to build new web applications and enhance existing applications.
    • Facilitation of Scrum events such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
    • Development of detailed test scripts for new features and functionality.
    • Customer service skills, and experience with user support
    • Multi-tasking skills, and comfort in working independently.
    • Interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism
    • Project Management/Support
  • Experience with work item development and tracking within a Microsoft Azure DevOps environment.
  • Experience within a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop a path toward problem solving, and continue the process to completion.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, and ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with the following:
    • PMP Certification
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • SQL
    • Microsoft Visio
    • Balsamiq Wireframes
