Be a critical element of a newly formed, cross-functional team focused on defending our client's global networks through threat hunting and tactical analysis. In this role, you will apply your cyber operations expertise to maximize threat assessments, develop pathways to success, over- come obstacles. Your experience in computer networking, network fundamentals, wireless in addition to field experience will allow you to have a direct impact on global issues.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with the required polygraph clearance.
  • 6 or more combined years in a role as a TIO or Technical Operations Officer within the IC
  • 7 or more years of combined experience working in the intelligence community and/or DoD (this is for the senior position)
  • Demonstrated ability to find and synthesize information from a variety of sources into a cohesive story enabling and driving operations
  • Have an understanding of experience working within customer-specific work culture with knowledge of technical and cyber operations best practices and established processes, and a background spanning multiple diverse elements of operation types. Experience with HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and GEOINT capabilities is preferable
  • Working knowledge of the laws and regulations governing operations, as well as a firm understanding of operational and tool employment best practices
  • Understanding of wireless computer networking and RF technology along with a familiarity with technical capabilities and field operations. Demonstrated understanding of the entire cyber operations lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to research, prioritize, analyze, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated familiarity with written communications expectations within customer organization, to include operational documentation of activities and the approval process
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills

Desired Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience managing the cyber or other technical operations throughout the operational lifecycle
  • Ability to interact with partners from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of technical depth e.g. relaying technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good administrative and organizational skills
