Job Description:
What You'll Get to Do:

Be a critical element of a newly formed, cross-functional team focused on defending our client's global networks through threat hunting and tactical analysis. In this role, you will apply your cyber operations expertise to plan, propose, initiate and support cyber operations. Demonstrate your tactful, engaging, resourceful and driven abilities to develop innovative digital solutions to complex problems, and effectively communicate these solutions to non-technical partners. Your diligence in planning, overseeing, steering, documenting and advising will have a direct impact on global issues.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
  • 6 or more combined years in a role as a TIO or Technical Operations Officer within the IC
  • 15 or more years of combined experience working in the intelligence community and/or DoD
  • Experience with one or more of the following disciplines (Internet communications, RF systems, telecommunications, computer/network operations) and knowledge of SIGINT methods/systems
  • Previous experience collaborating across the intelligence community
  • Experience managing complex technical operations, particularly in leadership roles, and familiarity with legal issues, policy, and risk assessment in an operational setting
  • Understanding of technical targeting to support technical collection and analysis
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities, as well as a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong written and oral communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work productively and drive efforts across key disciplines, including technical, operational, analytic, and targeting domains
  • Experience applying counterintelligence principles to safeguard operations
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Experience with written communicating within established customer-specific mechanisms
  • Develop routine operational proposals incorporating appropriate safeguards, working during operations to recognize and plan around risks encountered
  • Manage technical operations planning and execution through all phases of development, implementation, coordination, internal reviews/approvals, and delivery
  • Define and refine implementation requirements from identified needs, supporting the design of technical solutions, managing design and test requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert for systems throughout their lifecycle
  • Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and problems; design system solutions and specifications that incorporate software, data, network, and hardware requirements
  • Ensure user and mission requirements are accurately documented, thoroughly evaluated and traceable from inception through closure
