Are you a passionate Business Systems Analystwho likes working under minimal direction? Do you enjoy gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, implementing system solutions, and testing software applications? Do you have experience working on a property system and would like the opportunity to implement something brand new? Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst! You will get to use your systems knowledge to implement a new Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) and integrate it with the existing Finance system to improve the accuracy and accountability of our DoD customer's assets.

We have been supporting our customer for over 20 years with the implementation of a Customer-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial and Acquisitions system, Momentum.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Work closely with Government subject matter experts to learn their Logistics business processes and gather their system requirements.
  • Explore and configure both the new Sunflower APSR application and existing Finance and Acquisitions Momentum software based on the customer's requirements.
  • Design and collaborate with software developers to develop custom reports, interfaces, and utilities.
  • Validate the application and custom components satisfy the customer through detailed testing.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:
  • Current and active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
  • Expertise with an Asset Management System (Sunflower, Maximo, DPAS)
  • Willingness to work onsite in a secure facility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience analyzing business processes and implementing changes to IT systems.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Experience implementing Sunflower
  • Experience integrating Sunflower with Momentum
