What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has several exciting positions for Master Schedulers in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Employer provided relocation package available, and there is also the potential forworking out of a SCIF location in Northern Virginia, and other SCIF locations TBD.

In this position, you will work with a team of engineers and analysts who will perform cybersecurity analyses and identify mission critical vulnerabilities to DoD weapons and/or space systems. In support of this mission critical effort, the Master Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining an overarching Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and incorporate the work of several projects that have multiple dependencies. The IMS incorporates all tasks, projects, plans, and activities and details the schedule, resources, dependencies (internal, Government, and other organizations), and objectives.

More About the Role:

In this role the Master Project Scheduler will:
  • Create and maintain the IMS in MS Project 2016 or Primavera by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, associate interdependencies across the program, and integrate work provided by contractors and Government personnel.
  • Develop an achievable, resource loaded IMS critical path for project, program and contractual milestones.
  • Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
  • Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with poly
  • Eight (8) years of experience as a Scheduler and bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the requirement to six (6) years of experience
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera
  • Successfully completed an advanced level MS project or Primavera course and have demonstrated experience with MS Project or Primavera
  • Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is desired
  • Ability to think-on-your-feet, adapt as situations change and make the best possible decisions with the information at hand
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates
  • Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex schedules.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
