Mission: SupportCONUS factoryandOCONUS deployed Intelligence Systems to maximize availability and build customer confidence and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Install, monitor and maintain system hardware
  • Work 60% of time at the factory in Sterling, VA remotely monitoring health and statusof deployed OCONUS systems and supporting factory systems and logistics for factory and OCONUS systems
  • 40% of time deployed to various OCONUS (CENTCOM, PACOM,worldwide - Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc)locations to: perform site surveys (for future system installation), provide preventative maintenance,and perform newsystem installations as required
  • Provide preventative maintenance, incident troubleshooting and refresher training for operators
  • Troubleshoots technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions; work within customer guidelines/process to implement solutions
  • Provide Operations and Maintenance support and training as required
  • Support customer operations and System Administrator personnel
    • Fault Isolation/Resolution
    • Periodic Software upgrades
  • Keep Management informed of system status at all times
  • Manage Spare pools to ensure availability and accountability

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Troubleshooting, HW maintenance and cable repair
  • Linux System Administration
  • CompTIA Security+ certification

Desired Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years of Military experience
  • Previous experience as a Field Support Representative
  • Experience maintaining servers, network and communication equipment
  • SIGINT background

Travel: Overseas travel required:40%

Clearance: Active TS/SCI required.
