The MIL Corporation seeks an Integration, Manager (Interface and Integration Development, Computer Systems Engineer/Architect - Senior) to support interface and integration activities for financial systems modernization projects for a Federal Government client.
We are specifically looking for candidates with Federal Financial Management Systems experience including Oracle Federal Financials E-Business Suite (EBS)/PeopleSoft, Momentum, SAP, Savantage, Sunflower, Maximo, Tririga, Prism, and Kofax.
Responsibilities
- Support JPMO in the identification of DHS legacy systems and data that may need to be integrated into the new system for a DHS Directorate or Component
- Work and collaborate with the Requirements Integrated Project Team (IPT) lead and SI to create and maintain functional requirements documents that establish the full scope of requirements for identified systems/sub-systems
- Work with representatives of the third-party provider to document the nature of their systems and map DHS legacy data to the third-party's system or environment
- In coordination with the SI, collaborate, develop, and maintain technical plans for the transfer of data between DHS legacy systems and the newly established financial system
- Work with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) lead to ensure all tasks required for the development of the interface and the data transfer are covered in the IMS
- Work with representatives of the third-party provider to provide advice to the JPMO on the development of interfaces that may be needed to transfer data between legacy and third-party environments
- Work with SI and the technical and functional testing leads in order to provide advice to the JPMO on the development of testing plans for the interface and data migration solution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, aligned to the responsibilities listed above
- Experience with core Federal financial systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or related feeder systems (asset, procurement, payroll, position management)
- Experience with COTS systems such as CGI Momentum, SAP, Oracle Federal Financials E-Business Suite/Peoplesoft, Maximo, Tririga, Prism, and Kofax
- Ability to perform intermediate - advanced excel data analysis
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including managing tasks, expectation, deadlines, and client's/stakeholder's understanding in a high-paced, highly-visible environment
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
