Venturi, LLC has an exciting career opportunity for a Counterintelligence Analyst III who will play an important role in providing support to the conduct of Missile Defense Agency's Counterintelligence Division known as DEI-X. DEI-X's counterintelligence activities are investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services, including detecting, identifying, assessing, exploiting, penetrating, degrading, and countering or neutralizing foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities, and activities.

Responsibilities
Work you'll do
As a Counterintelligence Analyst III within our Missile Defense Agency's Counterintelligence Division known as DEI-X team, you will:
- Execute analytical tasks using analytic techniques and processes for the Statement of Work
- Develop and/or use analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
- Assist with planning and coordination of counterintelligence efforts for MDA tests
- Engage MDA Director of Tests to provide updates regarding on-site defense counterintelligence activities during test and evaluation events
- Provide counterintelligence support to MDA conferences and other off-site events
- Support counterintelligence investigations and operations
- Support counterintelligence awareness and reporting (CIAR program)
- Support counterintelligence collections
- Support operations and management of counterintelligence Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operations.
- Apply oral and written communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to security/CI fields preferred. (degree waivers may be granted if candidate meets the other requirements).
- Must be formally Counterintelligence trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02
- 8+ years working on missile-defense related or other large, complex DoD project/program.
- Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
- The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to apply counterintelligence training, skills, and experience to the critical needs of MDA's Counterintelligence Division (DEI-X)
- Possess strong spoken and written communication skills
- Demonstrate intense attention to detail
- Show proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Work independently or on a team to analyze and resolve a wide range of problems
