Supports Optym Edge by providing logistical support for conference calls, electronic document filing and archiving, reporting requirements and other duties required by the statement of work.

Primary Purpose
Supports Optym Edge by providing logistical support for conference calls, electronic document filing and archiving, reporting requirements and other duties required by the statement of work.
Responsibilities
- Supports one or more ophthalmic certification clinical trials
- Provides project management for project-specific certification activities
- Coordinates activities related to project scheduling (excludes site visit and certification scheduling)
- Coordinates with project team to determine data collection requirements
- Performs certification data entry and works in the certification database
- Documents monthly certification accruals
- Reviews, coordinators and processes project specific documents and reports
- Supports the collection of electronic and paper-based project files and archives
- Reviews study related documents, certifications and data to ensure quality and accuracy
- Coordinates aspects of conference calls and meetings
- Edits, formats, tracks and distributes technical and non-technical reports
- Serves as primary point of contact for purchasing
- Attends and participates in department team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Incumbent will typically possess at least 4 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, particular MS Word
- Time management and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to address several assignments simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Some knowledge of clinical trials in ophthalmology preferred
