As a Portfolio Analyst II you will:
• Support the configuration and reporting of the primary service desk platform, self-service provisioning and request content, as well as the service catalog content.
• Work closely with the system engineering team to ensure systems are properly onboarded into the service catalog, self-service capabilities are properly configured, and the knowledge base is prepared to maintain a • Support the creation and maintenance of all service level reporting for team metrics stored in the service desk software.
• Design, configure and develop customer solutions on SaaS ITSM product Ivanti
• Contribute and/or lead product design, system analysis, debug tasks, root cause analysis, and support
• Take on various ITSM responsibilities, from design, planning, implementation and testing through to release activities and ongoing support
• Convert customer issues or ideas into software solutions
• Participate in discussions, help with the design and implementation of custom dashboards, reporting, metrics, and automation solutions
• Process Design/Improvement
• Prepare technical documentation of solutions
• Regularly provide accurate estimate effort to complete assigned work

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• 3+ years supporting general configuration of x86/x64 COTS based applications
• 1+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
• 1+ years of experience working with clinical applications is preferred
• Extensive experience working with SaaS ITSM Ivanti or other ITSM systems. Certification preferred.
• A+ or similar certification required
• Experience working with various middleware solutions, including the use of RESTful API's.
• Experience in the design and development of ITSM solutions, applications, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and programming
• Minimum of 5 years of successful ITSM and/or EPM software development experience
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, certification preferred
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including learning and reuse by leveraging patterns and frameworks.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences
