Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Project Analysis, Analyst (Project Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD location.

Responsibilities
  • Assists program and project managers in creating project deliverables and correspondence to the government.
  • Applies basic understanding of project objectives
  • Collects data, process documentation and complies status reports
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for employees and reports estimated cost to finance for COR approval.
  • Attends, participates and records minutes in project meetings as requested
  • Tracks project material and back-up documentation and responds to any inquiries.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of project support experience
  • Ability to provide customer service to the team
  • Ability to stay self-motivated, self-directed and work in a fast-paced, high-performance, and dispersed team environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Attentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with MS Excel and Word skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications and data entry
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Education

Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Clearance

All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.
