Associate Director of Continuing and Re-EnrollmentThe George Mason University College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) Office of Strategic Enrollment is seeking an experienced enrollment outreach professional to join the team as a member of the classified staff. The office provides marketing and recruitment support services and systems to programs and divisions to ensure alignment with best practice and integration with broader recruitment and marketing efforts to optimize effectiveness. In addition, the office is responsible for leading strategic communications to achieve strategic objectives, while ensuring that marketing messaging is integrated into all external communication to optimize enrollment outcomes.Responsibilities:The Associate Director of Continuing and Re-Enrollment, reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment and Outreach, leads the College's efforts to strengthen continuing enrollment, credit hour generation, and in doing so, improving program completion rates for active and inactive students. The Associate Director will:Conduct phone outreach to active/not registered, inactive/eligible for re-enrollment, and undergraduate students enrolled in accelerated master's degree populations within the College. The Associate Director will provide superior service support and advocate for students, including triaging the resolution of any issues that are preventing them from registering, and will communicate with students until they are enrolled in classes for future terms, or have decided after discussion, they will not enroll;In coordination with the communications and marketing team, including events, plan and execute marketing and programming to support phone outreach efforts;Coordination with student and academic affairs and the Registrar's Office to develop and implement processes to improve the continuing and re-enrolling student service experience, and in doing so, strengthening enrollment; andContribute to overall integrated planning efforts of the office to support the achievement of strategic enrollment objectives set forth by College leadership.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in enrollment related phone outreach, enrollment campaign development and management, and/or other related experience in enrollment, admissions, and/or student affairs;Well-organized with outstanding multi-tasking skills, and ability to anticipate issues and adapt plans in a dynamic environment;Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills; andEvening and weekend work may be required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using a customer relationship management platform, such as Salesforce/TargetX; andExperience working in graduate enrollment for a private and/or entrepreneurial institution.
