Sr. Associate, Art Director
Are you a visual storyteller? You can take facts and data and craft compelling designs to turn them into a great story. You have a great eye for photography. And while you're great at sky-high concepting, you're also ok with detail oriented, day-to-day marketing work. Finally, you have the strategy chops to provide consultative design guidance to the creative and not-so-creative alike.
Capital One Auto Finance is seeking to hire an experienced Digital Art Director who will be working in a classic creative team, as well as partnering with larger groups (like our Business partners, project managers, strategy teams, etc). You'll have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C advertising, web, and be up on current trends in the marketplace.
Who you are
This person has strong communication skills and is able to manage their own workload to achieve tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong creative problem-solving skills.
You work well under pressure; effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Multitask, conceptualize, create and work directly with other employees.
Developing print and digital communications for acquisition and customer management, sales collateral, experiential design, large format design, digital storytelling, web-design - working with developers, design thinking, concept development, HTML coding and execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Web Design
- At least 3 years experience using G-Suite
- At least 3 years experience using mobile and social media
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Web Design
- 4+ years of Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- 4+ years of DSLR camera, photography and videography
