An integrated ecosystem of cloud-based tools, Arc helps create and distribute content, drive digital commerce, and deliver powerful multi channel experiences to both internal and external audiences. Built 100% on AWS, the Arc platform follows a microservice architecture. All of our software teams use dev ops to deliver and maintain products. Our processes are lightweight, which allows our teams to innovate quickly to bring new ideas to market. New features and products are deployed to our customer base every day.

We are currently looking for a Associate Software Engineer to be part of our Arc Mobile team. The Arc Mobile team builds mobile app tools for content managers and SDKs for developers to use to speed up app integrations with the Arc Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Build world-class APIs and web tools by collaborating with product, development, and design
  • Implement and respond to production application monitoring.
  • Share ideas and experiences, ask questions, and strive to remove ambiguity for both oneself and one's team members.
  • Build rich interactive user interfaces for iOS
  • Own responsibility for running applications using CI/CD practices such as automated builds, deployments, and tests.
  • Active participation in team agile activities such as story estimation, planning work backlog, work estimation, sprint planning, retros, demos, etc.
  • Ensure high quality by writing unit tests, fixing bugs and improving system performance and reliability


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or MS of Computer Science courses, or related discipline
  • Proven iOS development experience
  • Strong understanding of the iOS SDK
  • Proficiency in coding with Swift and/or Objective-C
  • Proficiency with iOS app development tools like XCode and Instruments
  • Strong understanding of version control principles.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles
  • Strong understanding of the agile software development methodologies


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building tvOS or MacOS apps
  • Experience releasing apps in the iOS App Store
