Job Summary

Aptive is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator. The Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center (FSC) is a Franchise Fund operations that supports financial transactions to a variety of external partners to support the health, educations, and other benefits for our Nation's heroes and their dependents. This position will work closely with Program and VA leadership on maintaining active rosters, personnel records, time keeping both internal and external, reconciling any discrepancies, onboarding and offboarding tasks, and a variety of reporting to keep a program that could have up to 400 contractors running smoothing and fulfilling the VA mission.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support project management activities including coordinating multiple tasks and project
    teams, distributing project communications, and participating in various meetings and
  • Support project meetings and conference calls for assigned projects, workgroups, and
    teams (to include scheduling, reserving conference rooms, issuing invitations, developing
    the agenda, and recording minutes)
  • Assist in developing executive-level briefings and presentations
  • Support several HR initiatives providing various services, including program and project
    management related support, communication support, program analysis, change
    management, organizational and functional assessments, performance metric
    development, data analysis, implementation planning, and business process
  • Create reports, metrics and tracking mechanisms and provide analysis to relevant
  • Coordinate and consolidate status report information on a weekly and monthly timeframe
  • Ensure contractor compliance in time keeping in two separate systems
  • Tracking status on contractor on and offboarding and coordinating with both internal and Government groups

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of program analysis or consultant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting large, complex federal agencies; ideally VA or DoD
  • Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • U.S. citizen/Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

    rapidly evolving environment
  • Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and engage with Executive-level stakeholders
