Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Real Estate Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Real Estate Coordinator you will:

• Support all aspects of the system wide real estate portfolio.
• Essential functions include ongoing support of real estate lease transaction activities including coordinating resources and stakeholders for all new space initiation requests, lease transactions, lease renewals, sublease of surplus space and early terminations.
• Data driven analysis of portfolio occupancy and financial metrics of the leased portfolio. The role will administer a process for space planning, occupancy management and site feasibility.
• Conducts site evaluations to determine space planning/design, repairs, renovations, including scope, execution, and timelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate system wide space initiation requests and liaison with the projects, property management, and IT teams on site feasibility and cost estimates.
• Ongoing support for lease administration and property management as necessary.
• Report to the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate.
• Real Estate Transaction Management on all new lease transactions, renewals, subleasing of surplus space, early terminations, and internal term sheets
• Financial Modeling of real estate space leasing options.
• Produce and continually update portfolio summary reports
• Coordinate and facilitate system wide space initiation requests
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal Legal, Finance, Lease administration,
• Property Management, IT and other external partners including landlords and brokers
• Facilitate and coordinate user group meetings to evaluate space feasibility
Coordinate and track internal lease and contract approvals
• Develop Key Metrics to measure real estate utilization and evaluate process improvements and opportunities to increase utilization, efficiency, and cost savings
• Drive portfolio optimization through occupancy and financial metrics
• Support lease administration and Property Management as necessary

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years Commercial Real Estate experience

Work Schedule:

Full Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday
