Technology Services Coordinator
The Educational Technology Services (ETS) technology services coordinator is responsible for equipment and space reservations in the College of Education (COE) managed by ETS, including updating and maintaining our local booking and inventory information management system (BookingPoint), as well as first-tier support and troubleshooting. They will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing innovative methods to deliver services to the dean’s office, other units, and three academic departments, including managing planned upgrades, strategic replacement, potential self-serve options, and expansion of the technology offered. The ETS Coordinator will create and manage related projects using a project management information system (Wrike) and develop relevant portions of unit strategic planning documentation. They will also oversee training and support for managed labs, technology- enhanced spaces, circulating hardware and targeted software commonly used in
administration and teaching by College faculty and staff.
