A healthcare non-profit is looking for an exceptional individual to join its team. The Executive Assistant coordinates support for the Board of Directors, Executive Director, and staff.

- Oversees national governance issues.
- Schedules meetings, conventions, and events.
- Liaison with all vendors
- Drafts and maintains correspondence
- Takes and transcribes minutes
- Serves as the liaison between the state associations, staff, and leadership.
- Maintains related leadership department documents, rosters, and processes.
- The responsibilities of the position range from administrative support for daily and annual functions related to Board and Executive activities, governance, and the Awards program along with coordination of projects, contests, and webinars.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Administrative office experience required. Association experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to take and transcribe minutes.
- Experience coordinating complex administrative tasks, frequently in a confidential fashion.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects and workload effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to manage others' schedules.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable drafting original content and proofreading/editing written content.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be proficient with technical aspects and usage of video platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to travel to an annual conference and occasionally work irregular hours as required.
- Going into HQ for all-staff events and Board meetings will be required approximately once a month.
