As we continue growing into new verticals and regions, we are seeking an energetic, self-starting experienced digital marketing professional to own our social, paid search and website strategies.

As a digital marketing manager responsible for social, paid search and website strategies you will:

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the demand generation and content marketing teams to develop channel specific activations to support lead generation and content marketing efforts.
  • Have end-to-end ownership of social media (both organic and paid), paid search and website performance including overall channel strategy and analytics while simultaneously staying hands-on with daily programs and optimization activities.
  • Closely track all conversion and performance metrics with operational and management reporting to identify issues and opportunities early and act to address them to maximize ROI.
  • Own website performance analytics to understand page and content performance to inform website and content marketing strategies.
  • As the website lead you will support creation of new website pages using Arc XP's Experience Platform, working closely with the product marketing and content marketing teams to identify pages to be created and provide ideas for improving website conversion.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of direct experience in social media, paid search and website engagement preferably in technology, enterprise software or SaaS platforms, including 2+ years.
  • Bachelor's in a marketing-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated analytics skills and hands-on experience with a proven background in developing and implementing targeted strategies for the above outlined digital channels that have met or exceeded objectives.
