JOB VACANCY

The Embassy of India in Washington DC invites applications for the following position from the applicants who are either US citizens or permanent residents, residents with valid appropriate visa and valid work permit: -

(1)      Chauffeur

          Required qualifications and skill set:

• Grade 12 or above; Valid driver’s license and experience of at least 3 years of driving skills; Good verbal communication skills in English. Should be willing to work in odd working hours and on weekends/ holidays.

Work Profile

• To drive official vehicle to various destinations within and outside DC; To maintain logbook of the vehicle allotted; To maintain and keep allotted vehicle tidy and clean; Any other work assigned from time to time.

Initial Pay: US$ 3120 p.m. + 75 p.m. (towards medical insurance premium). Additional overtime allowance as applicable.
