CACI is seeking an experienced technical SAP Portal developer to help support ongoing enhancement, operations, and maintenance activities for a large US Government Agency transformation program.
  • If you have experience implementing or supporting SAP in a federal environment on projects at places such as the Department of the Interior (FBMS), the Department of Agriculture (WBSCM, MIDAS, FMMI), the Navy,or the Army, we would like to hear from you!


What You'll Get to Do:
  • Design, develop, integrate, implement, test, and maintain web applications in the SAP Enterprise Portal via the creation of iView, pages, worksets, and roles
  • Participate in quality reviews and evaluations of SAP Enterprise Portal applications design, development, and testing efforts to optimize performance
  • Develop and/or modify SAP Enterprise Portal themes, layouts, and desktops using the Theme Editor and NetWeaver Developer Studio
  • Identify, design and implement SAP Enterprise Portal requirements including the creation of new roles and modification of existing roles
  • Identify and debug issues within the SAP Enterprise Portal and recommend solutions and process improvements to the functionality of the portal
  • Recommend short and long-term strategies for SAP Enterprise Portal content development in coordination with functional process owners and end-users
  • Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives
  • Defines modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures
  • Support the program's training activities to end-users on with respect SAP Enterprise Portal applications if needed
  • Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, aid with new implementations, and provide continuous support within the defined project/release schedules while preserving system integrity is required


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP UX strategies including integration of Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Framework page configuration, Portal Themes, extending Fiori applications, creating custom Fiori (using UI5 and Fiori elements) , and customization skills with Enterprise Portal
  • Significant Knowledge & experience on Portal Themes, layouts, desktops etc
  • Should have experience with Javascript / CSS3 support for multiple browsers such as IE, Edge, Chrome, Safari etc
  • Implement and maintain enterprise portal iView configurations/integrations and perform iView Development (J2EE) to enhance business processes
  • Configure and administer NetWeaver Portal components including iView, Pages, and Worksets, including role integration with ERP
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and work on assigned projects effectively, independently and within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with third party vendors and service providers
  • Experience with SSO technologies like SAML.
  • Experience writing clear detailed development requirements, logical reports, program documentation, instructions, and training materials
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with Management - providing status information, suggesting corrective actions, and taking direction when decisions are made


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Desired - SAP Certification in one or more of the following disciplines:
  • SAP cloud platform development experience a plus
  • Experience with Fiori Architecture and ABAP/Fiori development using SAP WebIDE or Eclipse, SAP NetWeaver Gateway constructing the presentation layer using HMTL, JSON, HANA Cloud Platform, UI/UX and JavaScript programming
  • Experience with HTML5/REST/ OData Protocols, Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery and XML technologies
  • Processing and a deep knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery & NodeJS required
  • Hands-on experience on Fiori (UI5 and Fiori elements) and Portal Application Development, JAVA WebDynpro, NWDS, NWDI, JavaScript, SAP UI5, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, REST API, OData, Gateway, JQuery, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQuery, WSDL, SAP FIORI/UX, AJAX, Business Packages, Mobility, SAP Screen Personas

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
