Job Summary
Aptive is seeking a Junior Enterprise Application Product Analyst to support digital transformation within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this position the selected candidate will provide services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Infrastructure Operations (IO), VA Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) Integrated Project Team (IPT). IPT is responsible for developing the master transition plan for all required activities related to its execution. Infrastructure Operations has a requirement to migrate hardware, operating systems, applications, and other elements of its IT infrastructure from Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to IPv6.

Primary Responsibilities
- Utilizes technical area expertise to assess, select, manage and implement enterprise application components, and to ensure that the technical solution solves the business problem as an organic part of the organization's operational and functional baseline.
- Focus is on a specific product or technology family on multiple platforms, which is supplemented with a clear understanding of the business requirements and related applications issues.
- Supports technical strategies that will improve productivity across functional areas within the organization.
- Educates others regarding product-specific best practices.
- Leads enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of associated work products.
- Provides work direction and guidance to other personnel; ensures accuracy of the work of other personnel, operates under deadlines, able to work on multiple tasks.
- This Associate level, full-time position is a remote opportunity; occasional travel will be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or
- Related Fields is required. (8-10 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.).
- 2 - 3 years related experience required
- Expert knowledge of enterprise grade business software architecture environments, their configurations, capabilities and government availability.
- Excellent management, communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong customer interaction skills and a demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders-including government Senior Executives-across multiple tasks
- Experience in the process to obtain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for a new application/program management office.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting large Cabinet-level federal agencies, ideally the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- FedRamp certification criteria knowledge, direct experience preferred
- Enterprise architecture security landscape experience
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to communicate across most mediums and settings.
- Knowledge of military and Veteran populations.
