Job Summary: 
Westat is seeking an individual to provide administrative and technical support to the recruitment efforts for project field staff, including systems testing, training development, and data management. This role works closely with the project's field management team and field staff around the world. 

This position is to work onsite at our Rockville office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Use the project information systems to maintain legal records of employment.
•    Coordinate with project colleagues and relevant departments at Westat to complete recruitment tasks.
•    Test and document system updates. 
•    Revise project training and outreach materials.
•    Contribute to recruitment planning and marketing efforts. 
•    Contribute to the planning and design of process workflows.
•    Assemble reports, analyze trends, and respond appropriately to problems.

Basic Qualifications:
•    A Bachelor's degree.
•    U.S. Citizenship is required by contract.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a professional office setting.
•    Experience working in a Federal contractor environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Be a self-starter; have a strong commitment to detail and quality control, a highly organized approach to work, an ability to learn new technology, and an interest in working with large data sets.
•    Possess excellent communication (both oral and written), manage your time efficiently, able to meet regular deadlines, and work well independently. 
•    Strong technical writing skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
