Overview: The Business Systems Analyst (IT) will serve under the direction of the Information Technology leader. This role is responsible for system administration of key business systems to include but not limited to, client implementation, configuration, workflow design, functional and technical solutions support, and technology demos. The ITBSA is focused on aligning client business models with our service delivery model through client configuration, workflow design, and system implementation. Industry awareness, system capabilities knowledge, creative design, and documented solutions are critical success factors for the ITBSA role. Responsibilities: Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal controls, and output.Identifying business requirements (objectives, functions, features, input, and output).Work with business and technical teams to scope and plan changes.Perform functional and user acceptance testing in accordance with implementation process.Provide support for program related systems and applications.Involvement in a teamed environment through all phases of the software development lifecycle.Policy review, workflow optimization, and solution audit functions.Ability to lead and influence stakeholders in sessions that identify transformation opportunities.Identifies capabilities gaps, improvement options and opportunities for process automation.Support products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs.Lead technical presentations that demonstrate our system features and capabilities.Perform training sessions on business systems and technical solutions. Qualifications: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.Enthusiastic about business systems, data analytics, and technology.Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed.Ability to collaborate across functional teams and influence partners in a matrixed environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.).4+ years of business systems analyst or application support experience preferred.Experience prioritizing, organizing, and coordinating assignments.Experience supporting business strategies, improving capabilities, and driving technology innovation.Experience in creative process flows.Experience leading technical presentations of products and services.
