In this role, you will perform various HR duties, including assisting with sourcing new talent, posting open requisitions, recruiting, new hire orientation, updates to the employee handbook, employee relations, in addition to various other HR functions.Responsibilities- Oversee the hiring process job postings, screening applicants' resumes, performing candidate background checks- Assist with making updates to internal policies and procedures under the general guidance of the HR leadership team- Develop orientation and onboarding programs for new employees- Administer benefits and open enrollment programs- Manage scheduling and conduct candidate interviews- Maintain employment records for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations Requirements - May require a bachelor's degree in HR or a professional certification in human resources, business management, or a related field- Demonstrated knowledge of HR procedures and functions, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, and managing employee relations- Fantastic interpersonal and communications skills are a must- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws- Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Prior HR or recruiting experienceIf you have previous experience in this type of position and are available to start immediately, we want to hear from you today!. -Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
