Business Leadership Program Overview: Synchronys Business Leadership Program (Full-Time) is a two-year, three-rotation experience that will help you develop the skills needed to accelerate your career. Youll gain deep expertise in one of our 10 Tracks, taking on three unique roles to explore different areas of your chosen function. During the two years, you will also engage in a collection of immersive experiences designed to deepen your business knowledge, drive cross-functional exposure, broaden your network, and pay it forward within your community. The program provides successful graduates with the strong foundation of skills and experiences they need to grow their careers and position themselves for future leadership roles. Sales & Relationship Management Full-Time BLP Experience: What Youll Accomplish A Sales & Relationship Management BLP will gain experience in sales, risk, client development, relationship management, customer relationship management, business development, and field sales work specific to the business. The Sales Track may include experience in the following areas: Partner with Sales Leader to provide reporting and analytical support that is critical to executing the Sales strategy. Focus on key initiatives between the client and the business to foster the ongoing growth and profitability of the overall relationship through supporting customer retention projects, compliance initiatives, and consistent communications. Partner with platform business development teams to provide support for new deals and assist with Sales presentations to prospective Synchrony Financial clients. Create and foster key client relationships by building sustainable sales goals. What do we look for in all potential BLPs? Ability to effectively work independently and within collaborative teams Proven leadership both inside and beyond the classroom Strong project management and communication skills Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and passion for learning Passion for excellence with high integrity and a commitment to quality Relevant internship or co-op or equivalent work experience Desired Characteristics for the Sales & Relationship Management Track Candidates with passion to work in Sales roles Good presentation skills and the capability to meet deadlines Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead projects of varying scope Strong oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organizational skills Inquisitive and able to learn quickly, as the program has a steep learning curve Basic Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in a field of business (Finance, Economics, Business Management, Marketing, etc.) or related major Excellent academic record Minimum overall 3.0 GPA Additional Eligibility Requirements You must be 18 years or older Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Geographic mobility: Ability to relocate based on program or business direction Participants will receive full relocation benefits (if moving 50 miles or more) and cost of living adjustments according to market when rotation assignments require them to live/work in California, Chicago, or Metro NY.
