DirectViz Solutions, (DVS), is a rapidly growing, high-level, strategic services firm that meets mission IT needs for Government clients. DVS is looking to hire a full-time Corporate Technical Recruiter to help support work on new programs & projects. This position is based in Tysons Corner, VA. The position has a hybrid work schedule with some on site work and some remote. US citizenship is required. The ideal candidate will have experience staffing for current programs openings and providing proposal recruiting support.Responsibilities/Duties/Experience:Source, qualify, interview and make offers to candidates to fill vacant positions, both pre and post award, throughout the DVS organization, on CONUS and OCONUS programs.Source, qualify and extend offers to candidates for current job openings and for proposal efforts;Screen and qualify the applicability of candidates against a technical job description;Conduct candidate screening via in-person, telephone or video conference etc. to assess their skills and qualifications as it relates to the position;Instruct candidates on the nature of the job, the company and the interview process;Schedule interviews with hiring manager/customer and candidates;Provide staffing reports to management on recruiting issues.Maintain and build relationships with current/future candidates;Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees;Inform candidates of company's decision, present offers and work with candidates from initial recruit to closure;Clearly communicate with candidates regarding company's missions, benefits, salary, etc.Enhance and maintain the company ATSQUALIFICATIONS:-U.S. Citizen-Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience is preferred.Preferred skills/experience:2+ years of Information Technology recruitment experience preferred.Government contracting experience and DoD experience preferredPossess excellent verbal and written communication, time management, problem solving, and organizational skills.Full project lifecycle recruiting experienceProposal recruiting experience is desiredKnowledge of various employment laws and practices, both Federal and State.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of IT technical terms and concepts to assist in identifying the ideal candidateAble to work outside of normal business hoursAbility to cold call and source candidatesProficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)DirectViz Solutions, LLC provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin or ancestry, disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identification or any other characteristic protected by state, federal or local law.
