As part of the Systems of Systems Technologies team, the candidate will interface across RMS to support strategic opportunities and ensure transition to LoB and LM strategic pursuits and meet emergent customer missions.In addition to your technical contributions, the successful candidate may serve as a lead or principal investigator for a diverse team of professionals focused on solving complex problems and facilitate their success towards the creation and demonstration of solutions to transition from IR to program.Basic Qualifications*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline*20 or more years' experience in electrical/systems engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity *Technical leadership experience in developmental projects across geographically diverse teams*Experience in hardware design and deployment from proof of concept through delivery*Experience in embedded systems, and software design and development*Active TS/SCI clearanceDesired skills*Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness*Experience with encryption and securing RF systems*Skilled at understanding hard, complex HW and SW interactions that result in downstream issues in the platforms*Experience with business development and business growth*Experience with proposal writing and review*Experience participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerationsEEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
