Ideal candidate will also have solid experience "working backward" to understand and solve the pain points of the customers.Responsibilities:*Identify application or infrastructure issues and propose solutions.*Design, develop, debug and test applications.*Mentor other team members.*Own projects individually or in small group and lead others.*Partner with other internal/external teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.*Interact with senior management to present solutions, metrics and collect feedback.*Perform other ad-hoc support tasks as needed.Requirements:*4+ years of Hands-on coding in .NET Core with experience in independently implementing new designs, capabilities, and services in a complex environment.*2-3 years minimum in experience with Azure and Microservices.*Significant experience in designing services and capabilities for operational excellence.*Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and address performance needs of tier 1 applications.*Solid understanding of end to end application development and support.*Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.*Passion and openness to learn new tools, technologies, and practices.*Being flexible to take multiple roles in the team.
