The MIL Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Recruiting, Analyst (Sourcer/Coordinator) to join our lively team. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills who understands the intricacies of supporting multiple government contracts, hiring managers, recruiters as well as other MIL corporate initiatives.

  • Support Recruiting AVP to identify staffing needs, outline requirements, and achieve success in sourcing objectives
  • Establish and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline by developing networks around common skill sets
  • Find and engage candidates using a variety of traditional recruiting methods while employing cutting edge trends
  • Utilize online recruiting sources such as major and niche job boards, professional networking sites, user groups and list-serves, blogs, social media, and direct sourcing to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS - Taleo)
  • Source and engage pipeline candidates for future opportunities
  • Review applications and interview and screen applicants to assess their qualifications related to work history, education, training, job skills, salary expectations and overall fit for the organization
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant recruiting procedures and practices in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations

  • Work cohesively with individuals of all levels
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage candidates and build a professional network
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to stay self-motivated and self-directed
  • Work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking system (Taleo)
  • Knack for out-of-the-box thinking
