Duties

Oversees, administers, coordinates, integrates, and evaluates the efforts of administrative operational areas to identify specific requirements and to plan and schedule for actions needed to meet those requirements.

Must be a current permanent ODNI employee.

Qualifications

Incumbent serves on the National Intelligence University, Office of the Associate Provost for Academic and Faculty Affairs staff and is charged to work in conjunction with the academic divisions to administer an effective curricular program.

Supports the administration of an academic effectiveness assessment system consisting of two graduate degree programs (and associated graduate certificates), one undergraduate degree program, and one Joint Professional Military Education Level 1 program.

Monitors academic reporting compliance, Academic Effectiveness Specialists will assist reporting divisions in conducting their internal cyclical program reviews and in conducting external reviews on behalf of the Associate Provost.

Work with Associate Provost to develop assessment plan.

Work with key stakeholders to collect evidence, analyze evidence, document analysis in report, and implement changes.

Work with non instructional and academic support units to develop and assess outcomes and develop reporting forms if they do not exist.

Work accreditation officer and assist with accreditation activities.

Knowledge and experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.

Oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor and deliver original presentations or documents.

Experience in coordinating and leading working groups.

Mastery of basic Microsoft Office software applications, to include: Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain professional networks across organizational boundaries to exert influence.

Desired Requirements

Familiarity with higher education accreditation policy and processes.

Experience with use of business intelligence and statistical analysis tools.

Experience with academic course and program development, including creating and evaluating academic assessment data and standards.
