The Human Resource Generalist will perform various administrative duties within the human resources department.RESPONSIBILITIES. Processes bi-weekly payroll following all the processes and procedures . Prepare and facilitates a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with the hiring managers and trainers to deliver an exceptional experience for the new employee.. Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.. Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, tracking PTO and Leave statuses.. Assist in the communication and interpretation of the employee handbook, employee training manual, and implementation of company policies.. Time management of HR duties and responsibilities in coordinating meetings and conferences.. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field . At least three years of demonstrated experience working in the HR department of an organization. Payroll experience. Role Model Change Management. Budgeting exposure. The ability to handle confidential information discreetly and with sensitivity. A good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Strong computer skills, including experience with HRIS software systems. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A positive attitude and a professional demeanor. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the workplace. Maintaining the professional relationships required in a highly engaged office.
