Overview: GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist in the Chambersburg, PA area. Position Overview: Position OverviewGDC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional who has experience with benefits administration, compensation, reporting, and employee relations. The HR Generalist should have the ability and agility to balance the needs of 250+ employees within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual who embraces technology and can manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality.
