Overview: BRMi is currently seeking an IT Recruiter to support our recruiting team. This position reports to the Recruiting Manager and is responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to open corporate and client requirements, with a focus on Information Technology. Click here to see BRMi's Glassdoor reviews Responsibilities: Source, engage and recruit talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategiesEvaluate candidate resumes and credentials for suitability of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to requirements of open positionsScreen and qualify prospective candidatesManage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple positions simultaneously, to include negotiation of offersUpdate BRMi's applicant tracking system with all sourcing activity and candidate correspondence.Handle tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: US Citizenship2+ years of experience in the staffing industry or supporting the corporate recruiting function of an information technology organizationHands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on various platforms and crafting Boolean search stringsHigh level of communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in fast pace and dynamic environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and utilization of Applicant Tracking SystemsAgency recruiting experience is highly desiredBachelor's degreeEOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/DisabledWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
