For more information, please visit Responsibilities: The Systems Architect (SA) shall manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects in an effort to support a DOD client's Human Resources (HR) Directorate with recommendations and implementation related to a technical refresh, new system improvement and modernization activities, and other major changes that occur. The SA shall advise and guide the technical staff in current and new technology and solutions and how they can be applied to both current "as built" configuration changes as well as integrated into a modernization plan and vision for the program. Qualifications: The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role: Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline with emphasis on application of technology to address business and operational challenges. Minimum of 5 years' experience identifying, developing, and implementing engineering change solutions and new technology and solutions on a large enterprise effort. Project management experience for large enterprise level projects and proposals to include labor and workload estimation; demonstrated experience in all phases of a project lifecycle; demonstrated ability to work in a customer environment collaboratively through constraints to meet mission milestones; knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, to include SharePoint and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Oral and written communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to transfer ideas through various channels of communication with intent to persuade and influence, and advise, inform or direct intended and select audience(s), to include experience discussing technology at large government agency executive level; demonstrated ability to communicate and interface with customer (present technical concepts and issue to a non-technical audience), technical leads and Subject Matter Experts to provide Program status and to jointly present, lead, and work program issues related to technical solutions. Minimum of 5 years' experience identifying, developing, and implementing engineering change solutions and new technology and solutions on a large enterprise effort; project management experience identifying, developing, and implementing engineering change solutions and new technology and solutions on a large enterprise effort; demonstrated experience in all phases of a project life cycle. The following experience/education/skills are PREFERRED to be considered for this role: It is preferred the Contractor has proficiency in the use of the Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD-2), EDA, SAM, GEX systems, EDI, DoD WAWF within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), understand DoDAAC codes and use of Excel spreadsheets to analyze the data. Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
