ALTA IT has a Contract to Hire position open for a Help Desk Analyst located Quantico, VA. **ONSITE** Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance; must be TS/SCI eligible Join our team and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The team is searching for Help Desk Analysts to join their program in Quantico, VA. The position is for various shift work options during the periods 17:30-06:30 Monday through Friday, 17:30 Friday through 06:30 Monday and all holidays. This position performs the following functions: Initiate and resolves service request/problem incidentsConsult with the user community to resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systemsUsing problem solving skills, diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database recordsRoute calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialistsMaintains and updates records and tracking databasesAlerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problemsWorks with system administrators and developers to ensure services/incidents are completedProvides an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma: AAS degree preferred2+ years of IT support experienceRequired: Current DoD 8570 - IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)Required: Secret clearance; must be TS/SCI eligible
