Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Sr Principal Pricing Analyst to support the Global Sustainment and Modernization Division. The Pricing Analyst functions in a fast-paced proposal environment and works closely with program/proposal team members developing cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence. The Sectors primary location is McLean, Virginia but the role may consider Full-Time Telecommuting. Position Responsibilities: Develops, analyzes, evaluates, coordinates, prepares, and supports cost proposals to government and commercial customers. Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy. Ensure Northrop Grumman Estimating System compliance and provide interpretation of RFP requirements. Interact with personnel and management at all levels; interface and coordinate with other business management personnel on a daily basis. Provide reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management. Prepares and presents costs estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies. Ensures adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations, Truthful Cost or Pricing Data, and Northrop Grumman policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, updates/revisions, and negotiations. Supports audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions and the program budget baseline process. Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Pricing Analyst: High School degree with a minimum of 14-years of pricing related experience or transferable experience, or Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10-years of pricing related experience or transferable experience, or Masters degree with a minimum of 8-years of pricing related experience or transferable experience Dynamic, self-starter with strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, nested formulas), PowerPoint, and Word Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD (Department of Defense) Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FAR/DFAR regulations, NAR/ICE activities, and program control Strategic/Competitive pricing experience Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics Proficient in the use of ProPricer. Familiarity with Northrop Grumman Policies and Procedures. Has an active DoD (Department of Defense) security clearance Salary Range: $89,800 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
