Description Your talents will be used to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, build budgets and forecasts, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. You will also be offered benefits and the opportunity for advancement.What you get to do every day- Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Engage in various department-wide initiatives- Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests- Strong interest in continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Produce monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management purposes Requirements - BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred- Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued- Current and relevant ERP system experience- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Distinguished analytical, quantitative and social skills- Great attention to detail- SEC reporting and SOX compliance is a plus- Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines- Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment- Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus- Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting- 3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience- Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
