Duties

As an Executive Support Administrator, you will:
  • Perform review and analysis of day-to-day office operations. Perform detailed analyses that are broad in scope and long range in effect.
  • Monitor OCC policies and procedures to keep BSP leadership abreast of requirements to ensure efficient operations and compliance within the department.
  • Assist the Director for Operations and Administration (DOA) in overseeing management of the operations of BSP.
  • Submit recommendations and provide assistance to the SDC in identifying speakers and activities for department events. Collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders to design, develop, and oversee meeting requirements.
  • Analyze extensive program data/interrelationships, and coordinate the preparation of accurate and reasonable programs plans and proposals.
  • Assist executives and/or senior leadership with operation and coordination of all office and administrative functions including time and attendance.

  • Obtain and use a Government-issued charge card for business-related travel.
  • File an OCC Financial Disclosure Form.
  • Complete a financial disclosure review and resolve any ethics issues.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:

You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:

- Experience performing administrative reviews and/or analysis of day-to-day office operations AND
- Experience recommending or monitoring policies and guidelines

The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
