They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. The Sr. Facilities Systems Engineer shall manage the quality documents F interface requirements such as CAPAs, deviations, SOP revisions and biannual reviews. Manage equipment maintenance activities to include orchestration of annual shutdown, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities.Coordinate and manage equipment history files in BM-RAM.Maintain up-to-date facility related drawings to include laboratory spaces, laboratory equipment and facility and personnel flows.Assist with the setup, coordination, implementation and tracking of preventive maintenance and calibration programs.Identify and manage inventory of critical equipment spares.Oversee capital projects in a PM role. Manage timeline and costs in alignment with approved budgets.Manage equipment under the facilities monitoring system. Monitor and manage equipment lifecycle.Coordinate the completion of all F quality documents as assigned.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsBachelor's in engineering Degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, operations or engineering of GMP and Non-GMP production and facility equipment and systems in manufacturing plant or equivalent experience of 10+ yours of facilities engineering experience with 5+ in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentGood writing and communication skills.Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, & control systems.Knowledge on CAD, Visio and software like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with CMMS and DMS software.Able to work with minimal supervision.Good understanding of validation requirements as defined in the CFR.Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both communication and written.
