Job Description Description Your Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance and accounting organization. A successful candidate will have experience with SEC reporting, strong technical accounting skills and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Your Opportunity:Draft and review financial statements and supporting information for SEC filings (earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q), BOD meetings, etc.Perform account reconciliations and analysis, and prepare journal entries related to stock-based compensationHelp manage the equity program, including grants, vestings/exercises, expense and the employee stock purchase planAssist with coordinating and managing the audit process with our external auditorsEnsure documentation of and compliance with internal controlsIdentify and implement process improvements related to SEC reporting and equityAssist in special accounting and finance projects as requiredWhat You'll Need2-5 years of total finance and accounting experience including SEC reporting, the application of GAAP principals and familiarity with stock-based compensation accountingCandidates must possess a bachelor degree in Accounting from an accredited university/collegeCPA or path to CPA requiredTeam-oriented and an ability to direct and influence resources without direct reporting relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional organization and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Please Note: This role is a hybrid position and will require working in the office (headquarters) occasionally.If you've reached this point in the job description and feel you're still not sure if you should apply Just do it!
