This is a remote position open to all applicants in the contiguous United States. Candidates are typically expected to work an Eastern time zone schedule (eg, 9am 5pm ET) regardless of where they reside.Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is looking for a Management Analyst to support Federal government's strategic initiatives in the health, benefits and/or information technology space. The ideal candidate will have experience working with executives to identify and evaluate strategic performance issues in the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale programs and operations. If that sounds like you too, then we'd really like to meet you.Essential DutiesWorking as part of an integrated DIS/client team, the Management Analyst will participate in organization modernization or transformation engagements that specifically assess and analyze current organization states and management systems. Specific activities include:Bringing and exchanging ideas with team members regarding application of strategic analysis and problem-solving methods for specific client situationsWorking as a part of a team in compiling data and insights using interviews, third party data sets, surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection Working individually and/or collaboratively to analyze data and provide quantitative and qualitative insights on current organization, process, program and/or systems efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service issuesSupporting or leading facilitated workshops with key stakeholders for a client program or organization for the purpose of validating, expanding, and reaching consensus on strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities, which may include defining target state objectives and key results (OKRs) Analyzing performance gaps between current and desired statesIdentifying and assessing cost, benefits, risks and tradeoffs for people, process, and technology solutions, including management of change Documenting and delivering findings and recommendations in oral and written presentation formatsRequired Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree required preferably in training and education program analysis, business administration, systems analysis, public administration/policy, information technology or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experienceDevelopment and/or substantial contribution to program reviews, business cases, transformation projects, change management, program management office (PMO) support, and other business transformation tasks (eg, support for citizen experience/21st Century IDEA or Evidence-based policymaking/GPRA Modernization Act initiatives)Demonstrated successful history of participation in, or management of, teams comprising a variety of skills and knowledge in a rapidly evolving or strategic initiative settingExcellent writing, presentation, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling messagesCreative and analytical thinking skillsDemonstrated experience working with Federal executive clients building trusted partner relationshipsApplicants must have the legal right to work in the US for any employer as sponsorship is not available for this positionAbility to obtain a US government security clearancePreference will be given to qualified Veteran candidatesPreferred Experience & QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent years of experienceAdvanced certification in program analysis, business administration, systems analysis, public administration/policy, information technology or a related fieldPrefer experience working on business transformation initiatives for a consulting organization, government agency, and/or a government contractorPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
