Because our focus is not only on nourishing our customers, but also about enriching you.This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYOur Global Brands Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist will contribute to organic growth, profit, and share for our Global Brands' Portfolio (NIDO, Maggi, La Lechera, MILO, Abuelita and Media Crema) by driving project & budget management across portfolio, leading strategy, and ensuring perfect execution of digital marketing plans in line with broader brand & category strategies.RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing / CRMDemonstrate thorough understanding of digital project manager responsibilities and micro-targeted opportunities to win in omni-channel environment. Manage portfolio website strategy and execution, CRM program, Search Strategy, content playbooks & implementation to ensure we win the digital shelf and drive personalization at scale.Utilize knowledge of creative design process and relationships with internal and external teams to flawlessly execute projects across platforms, for example, website redesign and ongoing maintenance, portfolio email campaign, retailer digital assets, etc.Content Development: Lead the development of owned platforms content needs (CRM, Brand Sites, El Mejor Nido, etc) and digital creative asset review + approval processes from briefing through revisions and final on-time delivery.Pilot Test & Learns to engage differently with consumers (DTC, experiential/trial programs, whatsapp, sidechef, etc)2. Project ManagementLead activities via clear and specific project plans that identify key milestones based on the portfolio strategy and annual marketing plan.Drive accountability to project KPIs as the point of contact by leveraging project management and leadership skills Apply working knowledge of Nestle, industry, brand, government (FDA), legal and regulatory guidelines on all projects. Build and continually update best practices for Marketing tactics, platforms, and consumer/trade promotion vehicles (legal review and approval, leadership approvals, team tools, content management systems).3. Budget ManagementDevelop thorough understanding of portfolio budget owner responsibilities; exhibit decision-making abilities around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize returnManage portfolio marketing budget, specifically compile brand budgets into portfolio roll up, track all activity to ensure spending is in-line with budget targets, maintain clear, current documentation, and execute vendor set up and payment processes (WBS's & PO's).Create and maintain status reports on portfolio marketing budget and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss, decide and inform.Create and refine best practices and processes for successful budget execution4. Department SupportEngage and interface with Division and Digital COE to build professional relationships; participate in Department/DCOE-wide initiatives.Champion Nestle's Ways of Winning (Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage), leading by example to inspire cross-functional teams supporting the brand to win with consumersEXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (or 5 years' experience in Marketing Communications Project Management)3+ years' experience in Marketing Communications Project Management Creative or Print ProductionProject Management experience, with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and external agency partners, with a strong sense of urgency/bias for action.
