ResponsibilitiesPeraton is searching for an experienced Corporate Program Manager (CPM) to support a large Federal Government Contract supporting the management of approximately 100 to 150 brick-and-mortar facilities located throughout the United States and its territories. The sites are staffed and managed to support the collection of biometric and biographic data (ie, fingerprints, photographs, signatures, etc.,) required for the processing of background checks and other government related requirements.The CPM is responsible for monitoring and motivating the programs contractor employees in multiple locations throughout the United States. The right candidate has extensive experience with the oversight and management of widely dispersed resources, in addition to experience and sensitivity related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), sexual harassment, union involvement, and other labor related issues. They must be proactive in informing the Government of significant issues and be able to respond and take corrective action to issues brought by the Federal Program Manager or COR. Excellent interpersonal communications and coordination skills are essential to effectively direct project activities in coordination with multiple Government agencies and other organizations. Also critical are excellent technical writing skills and the ability to prepare and present oral briefings to senior USCIS management officials using various mediums. They must be proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies. This position requires frequent travel. Qualifications A minimum of ten (10) years of overall program management experience. A minimum of five (5) years of overall program management experience in a supervisory position. At least five (5) years of the overall program management experience must be in the Government contracts environment. Demonstrated experience managing complex, high dollar projects and/or contracts with a value of $50 million or more annually. Experience and sensitivity to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), sexual harassment, union involvement, and other labor related issues. Extensive experience with the oversight and management of widely dispersed resources. Experience proactively identifying issues and problems, advising federal management, and responding and/or advising on correction actions to resolution. Experience responding and taking corrective action to issues brought by the Federal Program Manager or COR. Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination to direct project activities, working collaboratively and in coordination with multiple Government agencies and other organizations. Excellent technical writing skills, and the ability to prepare and present oral briefings to senior government management officials using various mediums. Experienced in proactively identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies. Track recorded of meeting deadlines, often under changing circumstances. Demonstrated experience with the coordination, planning and implementation of project activities and resources using a flexible, adaptive, and problem-solving approach. Minimum Education:Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines: program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields. Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.
