ResponsibilitiesPeraton is currently seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be a trusted business partner and will support pre-award recruiting efforts across the enterprise, with a focus on technical roles. As a trusted recruiting advisor, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to influence hiring decisions and activities, and effectively meet the organization's staffing needs. Provide proposal recruiting support from the proposal room to the successful staffing of new awards. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent pricing, supply and demand in different geographic areas, protest period compliance, incumbent captures and surge recruiting strategies. Develop innovative ways to source candidates and develop sustainable talent pipelines.Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring.Ensure appropriate talent pipeline management to include CRM campaigns and events. Participate in business reviews, proposal-specific strategy sessions to gain full understanding of staffing needs for each initiative. Manage proposal requisition portfolio and apply best practices related to compliance, adherence to processes and system requirements, and strong metrics and SLA results. Ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences. Partner with line recruiters and Recruiting Managers to provide transparency and optics into upcoming awards and smooth transitions to sector recruiting support. Proactively communicate with partners, leaders, team mates with a focus on solutions and impact. Qualifications Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA/MBA. Revelant work experience can be substituted for degree. Technical recruitment experience in an agency, government contracting and/or corporate setting required, to include Intel recruitment experience Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills required Competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed personal and established recruiting goals Must have experience in recruiting for all levels of Security Clearance Levels A track record of performing incredibly well against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates Strong technical knowledge or aptitude Understanding and applying OFCCP documentation requirements Experience with ICIMS preferred.
