This will include cloud-based solutions, big data analytics and real-time monitoring.Come join our Cyber and Engineering team! Together, we are an integral part of an important missionwe go to work every day with the knowledge and pride that our accomplishments make a difference.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Support daily Operations and Maintenance functions for the team,Duties may include:Setting up administrator and service accounts.Maintaining system documentation.Tuning system performance.installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.Supervises and manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be desktop, cloud or server based.Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning.Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.Provides Tier 3 support on major system outagesPosition is on-site at Government facilityMinimum Qualifications10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.Experience with LINUX system administrationExperience in network system administrationClearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret with eligibility for TS/SCIPreferred RequirementsExperiencewith Cloud engineering(ASW, Azure). or virtualizedinfrastructureenvironmentDevSecOps, containerized servicesPhysical RequirementsJob performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline.
