The right candidate for this vacancy must display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. *This employment opportunity will provide paid training and salaried employment in overseeing the staff, sales, clients, inventory, and facility of a business and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.Business Consulting Entry Level Responsibilities: On-Site Management - Ensure inventory sales are reported and inventory in-store is up-kept and organized, assist the sales team in keeping the floor clean and welcoming, keep the stockroom categorized properly Identify the company needs around equipment, materials, and products. Ensure supplies are available to the business at all times. Maintain knowledge of what inventory is available. Review, analyze and anticipate what is needed by the customer and the company.Supervise - Assist management team, help organize special company functions and events. Manage the retail staff weekly schedules and communication. Motivate the sales team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned. Develop and Maintain Policies - Learning how to read P Reports (Financial) and gaging seasonal inventory investment. Establish guidelines for purchasing and contract management. Organize the removal of unneeded materials.Sales Engagement and Reporting -Ensure on-site sales targets are being hit and reported utilizing corporate systems.Client Service - Respond to client issues, consult and resolve their needs as they arise. Provide maintenance and administration - Evaluate and award incoming purchasing bids, grants and requests. Address issues with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as they arise. Devise efficient record-keeping systems of inventory. Represent the company in any negotiations.Business Consulting Entry Level Requirements: Bachelor's degree is preferred but can be overlooked for a candidate who has relevant work experiencePrevious experience leading a team, managing a budget and negotiating bids and contractsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detailSolid ability to meet all deadlines in an organized and timely mannerStrong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.The ideal candidate has a combination of leadership skills, product knowledge, industry savvy, and prior experience overseeing the daily workflow, budget, and schedules of the business.
